Children's Health
Childhood is the key period when we develop the taste and
enjoyment of foods that affect our food choices as adults. It is very
important to develop good eating habits from the start of life. Kids should
eat from the same basic menu of healthy organic wholefoods that adults
should. However it may be neccessary over time to introduce them slowly to
those foods that are less immediately palatable. Don't fall into the trap of
feeding them different foods just to keep them quiet, in the long term this
is likely to damage their health.
